Our Services are available to individuals affected by violence in South Central Los Angeles, including victims' family members, community members seeking resources, and supporters of our mission. You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our Services independently, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18.

We offer various services including victim support programs, youth leadership development, community resource fairs, crisis response, support groups, and community reintegration assistance. 6. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments for services should be scheduled through our platform or directly with our team. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time may impact our ability to serve other community members.

7. Fees & Payments

L.A.U.R.A provides most services free of charge to community members. For services that may require payment, fees will be communicated upfront. Donations to support our programs are voluntary and greatly appreciated. All donations are non-refundable and tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold L.A.U.R.A, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that result from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
